3 Basic steps to attend conference

1. Register - https://conf.aeaweb.org/
Regular early bird registration is $55 before December 3, and be sure to mark "member" on your registration form.  Note: you must register before you will be able to take advantage of the deeply discounted hotel room rates (of about $99 per night). LERA sessions will be held at PARC 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel. You can pick up your meeting registration materials at the ASSA/AEA registration desk in the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
In the past, when you registered for the ASSA meeting, you created an account in the registration system. Please do not create a new account this year. Instead, log back into your existing account to register for any of this year's meetings. To prepare ahead of time, if you have forgotten your username and/or password, use the Forgot your password option. (Please note that the conference system is separate from the AEA membership system. It is possible that you used the same credentials for both, but they could be different.) All new users simply visit their website and create a username and password for the first time.
(General information about the meeting can be found at https://www.aeaweb.org/Annual_Meeting/.)

As soon as you register, you will receive an email from [email protected] that will contain a 5-digit housing code. Once you receive this code, proceed to the housing form listed here and reserve your room. The LERA hotel is the PARC 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel.
