LER Part-time Online Instructor

The School of Labor and Employment Relations at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus, invites applications for part-time online instructors to begin the Summer semester of 2018 in the following areas:
  • Ethics for HRER Professionals;
  • Research Methods/Statistics;
  • Diversity;
  • Human Resource Management;
  • Dispute Resolution/Grievance Administration
  • Labor Relations.
Successful applicants will teach courses in our online Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations (MPS in HRER) graduate program and Labor and Employment Relations (LER) undergraduate program. A Master’s degree in a related field is required. Candidates with Ph.D. or J.D. degrees are preferred. Ideal candidates will have both teaching (preferably online) and substantial professional experience. These are one semester, non-tenure track appointments with the possibility of reappointment.
