Salary: $77,453.00 - $141,566 (effective 12/8/2019 – there will be a 2.25% cost of living adjustment) Montgomery County Government, Maryland is seeking applications for the Division Chief of Collective Bargaining and Collaborative Programs. Reporting to the Chief Labor Relations Officer, the Division Chief will manage a primary function of the Office including leading labor-management negotiations and joint activities and recommending policies, procedures, and strategies to the CLRO and other appropriate County officials. The manager will direct a team of HR professionals preparing for and conducting negotiations, leading joint labor-management committees, programs, and other activities, participating in the administration, processing and resolution of grievances and other complaints, and administering the collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). Required Qualifications: Experience: Five years of responsible professional experience in labor and employee relations or a related field. Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree. Equivalency: An equivalent amount of education and experience may be substituted. Additional criterion:
