Founded in 2003, NPAG is a consulting firm at the intersections of talent strategy, executive search, organizational development, and leadership and organizational capacity building. From its founding, NPAG has been dedicated to serving mission-driven organizations at the leading edge of movements for social change. Our core business is expanding the capacity and diversity of nonprofits by helping them build teams of leaders, changemakers, connectors, and disruptors and strengthen internal capacity to advance the missions they serve.

Since our inception, we have developed a team and company platform that is closely connected virtually from across all regions of the U.S. and beyond. This remote environment allows us to provide the highest impact services and solutions with flexibility to support our clients and our staff where they are. Additionally, our team represents a wide diversity of identities, experiences, perspectives, as well as functional and mission area expertise. The strength and diversity of our team translates directly to the measurable impact of our work building healthy organizations in the mission-driven sector.

Our clients are nonprofit organizations with sizes and geographies that span emergent to large, local to national. They do critical work to advance just, vibrant, and healthy communities, and we support their efforts through the design and consultation of engagements that center their people – their leaders, staff, board members, and the communities they serve – in the achievement of their missions.

NPAG is expanding our capacity in support of our growing and evolving client base, and is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Strategy & Program Development to support this work in our HR & People Capabilities team. Our team works with clients to tackle the full spectrum of their talent needs, including driving HR effectiveness, designing effective people processes and practices in performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation, and developing values-based policies that foster equity, transparency, and effective communication. We are seeking professionals with a generalist understanding across the full human resources function, preferably with experience in progressive, mission- and values-driven organizations who take a human-centered design approach to build and enhance people-related practices and processes. Strong candidates are proactive self-starters, semi-autonomous, and solutions-oriented with strong analytical skills.
