Link to application and full position listing Position Details: Summary of Duties: The Labor Relations Consultant performs professional level labor relations functions for the University and serves consultant to administrators, management and human resources staff on labor relations matters. Responsible for providing information, interpretation, advice and counsel regarding collective bargaining agreements; workplace problems and disagreements; performance management; workplace climate; supervising and working in a union environment; and compliance with state and federal laws and rules. Investigates and prepares information for and represents departments and/or the University in grievance meetings, meditations, arbitrations, demands to bargain, fact-findings, unfair labor practices, representation, and other administrative hearings. Depending on your level of experience, you may begin as a Human Resource Consultant 1 (HRC1), Human Resource Consultant 2 (HRC2), or Human Resource Consultant 3 (HRC3). Required Qualifications: HRC1:
