The Graduate Institute of Labor Research (GILR) at National Chengchi University seeks applications for a Tenure-Track position of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor with primary expertise in the fields of Labor Relations, Social Security, Global Labor Mobility and Development.

The candidate must hold a PhD at the time of appointment. Successful candidate for this tenure-track position is expected to teach a variety of courses in the following fields (in Chinese and English) :

1. Graduate courses: Labor Relations, Social Security, Global Labor Mobility and Development.
2. Undergraduate general education courses: Labor Relations, Social Security, Global Labor Mobility and Development.

Position begins on February 1, 2026

3. List of publications.
4. Four syllabi of courses. (Including one in English and three in Chinese)
5. The university teacher certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan. (If available)
6. Certificate of PhD degree (Applicants who have not yet obtained their PhD diplomas by the application deadline may submit an original provisional certification issued by their universities, confirming the successful defense of their dissertations. The PhD diploma and its verification must be completed by Nov 15, 2025.)
7. Transcript for The PhD Program. (Required for applicants without the university teacher certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.)
8. PhD dissertation and up to five representative publications from the last 5 years. (Applicants with associate professor level or above, do not need to submit their PhD dissertation.)

Applicants whose PhD degrees were conferred by overseas universities should have their degrees and transcripts authenticated prior to application and present the photocopy of authenticated documents along with their diplomas and transcripts.
