New opportunities await! The City of Lynnwood is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Employee Relations and Compliance Analyst to join our team. This is a new and exciting position under the direction of the HR Director.

The Senior Analyst will draft, develop, interpret and implement human resources policies and procedures, and support all labor relations, employee relations, performance management and compliance activities; including equal employment opportunity, fair employment practices and other legal requirements related to employment.
