Call For LERA Competitive Papers

The LERA Editorial Committee has issued a call for papers for LERA Competitive Papers, a double-blind refereed paper competition. Papers up to 30 pages in length may be submitted. The deadline for the annual competition is December 15th each year. Papers must be received by that date to be eligible. Winning authors will be invited to present their papers at the next LERA Annual Meeting, and will also be invited to be published in the LERA Proceedings.

Two LERA Competitive Papers sessions will be organized at the LERA Annual Meeting around the following broad topics areas of the LERA Interest Sections: Collective Bargaining Network; Dispute Resolution; Work and Human Resources; International/Comparative IR; Labor and Employment Law; Labor Markets and Economics; Labor Studies and Union Research; Globalization, Investment, and Trade.

Paper length should not exceed 30 typed, double-spaced pages in a 12 point font (the page limit includes end notes, references, tables, and figures ... a full page table is considered one full page of text). Authors wishing to participate in the competition need to submit an electronic copy of their paper on or before the December 15 deadline. Please submit your paper with identifying author information removed.
